At Aikido of Diablo Valley, boys and girls learn the value of center (i.e. being calm and balanced), caring for others, courtesy, self worth and respect. They learn a self-defense that is an alternative to violence.

Falling, rolling and receiving throws are taught in a safe and controlled environment.

Aikido teaches kids how to handle violence without themselves being violent.

We offer classes for Beginners, All Levels, and Advanced students.
