An Introduction to Aikido
Aikido of Diablo Valley offers an ongoing set of classes totally focused on beginners. These classes are held on Friday evenings from 7pm to 8:30pm. This course introduces the new student to these aspects of Aikido:
• The unique Philosophy of this Martial Art
• Etiquette and customs
• Rolling and falling safely
• The different roles of the attacker and the receiving partner
• At least one basic throw
